Very briefly, Mr. Chair, that deals with the provision about committal after suspension and when suspended punishment is put into execution. The reason that one is being repealed is that in the revised scheme, with the proposed new sections 215 and 216 that old portion of the scheme is no longer necessary. In other words, it's being replaced by the revised scheme being put into place in proposed sections 215 and 216.
