Has there been a direct relationship in the sense that the military has asked you for advice on how to solve some of these problems because of what we've seen? This has been going on for some time: we're still talking about stigma, we're still talking about basic treatment like Dr. Richardson has just been talking about.
Is there a fix here that you can help with? Have you been helping with that? Or does the military try to find its own solutions?
