I'd like to move that the Standing Committee on National Defence invite the Minister of National Defence and the chief of Communications Security Establishment of Canada as witnesses to appear before the committee to answer questions about CSEC's intelligence-gathering policies and practices for a two-hour session as soon as possible.

I don't believe that motion is in order at this point in time. There has to be proper notice given to the committee. Since the committee was just reconstituted, there's a 48-hour wait until we can deal with that motion.
