You talked about the potential for use of a high-altitude, long-endurance vehicle for the north. I don't know how many of them are around these days. I think you talked about the Global Hawk being a system costing $1 billion. It's been suggested, to me at least.... I know Dassault has a medium-altitude one, which they say is more appropriate to the Arctic in terms of visibility, the high winds up high, and all of that.
Are you current with these aspects of the technology? How do we acquire one of these systems? Do we have a Canadian system? Do we buy them off the shelf? How would you see that being a practical solution for Canada?
