To be honest, it won't solve the problem. As you see from the OAG report that came out on Tuesday, there are processes that were agreed upon but are not being followed. Obviously, oversight and accountability are the only way this will happen. This bill has a lot of recommendations, but it has no teeth to make sure people are accountable.
That would be another thing to look into, the accountability measures. According to another OAG report, there is a lack of accountability. I'm just saying there's a system there, but whether it's being used is another story.
