It's true, right? If people don't have adequate housing in the north, how are we expected to rely upon the Rangers to continue to live there and work there? You were talking about that increase of policing, of detection, but ultimately, if the infrastructure isn't there in terms of simple broadband, how are you supposed to do that, given the technology required?
