I'm going to save a question, with respect, because not being a lawyer.... This is challenging for some of us, just in terms of how tort law can apply to the power loss—because it's outside of this, it's some kind of contractual agreement—but does not apply, in a traditional sense, to damages, because we've imposed a limited liability on this. The normal regime of tort law, which wouldn't say “you can't sue”, which is what we've said here.... This group can and this group can't—that's what the bill establishes.... We'll save those for when we get into clause 17.

I have no further questions, Chair.
