It does not consider new applications. If you have registered and you have been conducting the pre-retrofit and you complete your renovations by March 31, we will accept claims. In fact, we've announced that the post-retrofit evaluation can take place until June, and that means we expect claims to be filed. The program is active but is no longer accepting registrations.
