That's a good question to ask us. When you look at practices around the world, you see there's no clear, set definition.
We've been working with Statistics Canada over the past year to make sure that we have a better grip on the data. There was a targeted investment made towards this. We wanted to make sure that the definition was well established so that we could have clarity in the national accounts in terms of what we are, and are not, counting.
There's a longer version of the definition that we now use, but perhaps for the benefit of the committee I will use the short one. Clean technology is any process, product, or service that reduces environmental impacts. It does capture quite a bit in terms of activities.
To your question about what was announced in terms of specific measures in budget 2016, I mentioned earlier the $200 million worth of measures.
