After the reform and the changes you say you want to make to the NEB, because obviously you don't trust the process or the experts there, then you want to appoint temporary commissioners to help the board after the proponents have made it all the way through the additional layers and costs you're going to add.
How does that indicate you trust the evidence-based decision-making of the experts of the NEB if you also want to appoint temporary commissioners to so-called help them, as you just said?
