We're not learning quickly enough. It's still beating us. The pine beetle now is making its way out west, and the spruce budworm, I appreciate, is beginning in Newfoundland. We need to accelerate it, because if we don't, we're going to have the same problem all across Canada—so yes, you're absolutely right.
