The government has an opportunity to catch up with the times. You know, there is the 18-storey building at UBC that you talked about, and a 13-storey building in Quebec. A lot of that has been driven by movements in those provinces to support those projects. We're seeing a couple of wood buildings at U of T and George Brown College in Toronto.
We believe federal procurement plays in this space. In terms of the materials of choice, it has fallen behind the times in innovation and technology, and we view this as an opportunity to catch up.
