The subamendment we have is for the tail end of this, which is on the subject matter of the supplementary estimates (B), (C), if any, and mains. That's the subamendment that we're discussing now. Are we able to call the question, and if we agree, then the amended one comes back that takes out “prior to February 28th”, and we'll be debating or discussing that next.
