I appreciate that. You mentioned in your remarks that it is your mandate to defeat on-reserve poverty, and I think all of us sitting at the table here would applaud the work you're doing.
I want to pick up on that, because you noted the distinction between a cap on emissions versus a cap on production, and of course a cap on production would be an entirely different thing, in the sense that I think it would hurt your communities and hurt our industry and workers much more and probably unnecessarily. I'm just curious to know if I can get your thoughts, from the point of view of defeating poverty, on what the difference would be between a production cap versus the emissions cap.
