We did not know how long the speeches would be, but it is standard practice, if a committee is delayed, to extend the time for the committee with the allotted resources we have. If there's an objection from members at the regular scheduled time, we can bring it forward at the time, but we do have a full two hours allotted to us, which will bring us to 6:30.
