Let's be clear on this: the Dion Plan will never be the reparations plan we're talking about. It's distinctly inadequate. We're talking about reparations for Francophones for centuries of injustice, injustice that continues, according to some of the evidence I've heard today. Don't consider the Dion Plan as providing for the reparations that we're seeking today. Believe me that will take a real language policy based on French, to end with a genuine plan to correct the injustices suffered by Francophones. That will take a very serious approach on our part.
