I have a very important question for you, as we can all see what the government is playing at: it is trying to divide and conquer. Its game plan is obvious. It has become even clearer this week: we have heard from witnesses who claim to have found a solution. We heard the arguments put forward by the woman from McGill University. She tried to tell us what arguments we should use. She told us to stick to official languages and forget about other matters.
I have a question and I would like to get an answer from all of the witnesses. Do you want us to find a solution only for official languages cases, or do you want us to take all of the program components into consideration? Human rights are not divisible, nor is the Constitution. We have to decide, and it is all or nothing.
Mr. Doucet.
