We are considering the Fourth Report of the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure. The recommendation reads as follows:

That the meeting of October 7, 2010 be dedicated to the consideration of a draft report for the study of immigration as a development tool in official language minority communities.

That is the report submitted by the steering committee. If there are no questions or comments, we will proceed immediately to the vote.
