Welcome to the Standing Committee on Official Languages. Today is Thursday, February 16, 2012, and this is our 26^th meeting. We are here pursuant to Standing Order 108 to study the evaluation of the Roadmap: improving programs and service delivery.

We have three witnesses here today: Mr. Lussier, Mr. Déry and Mr. Gauthier. Welcome, everyone.
