As we know, until recently, all the provinces had restrictive legislation that undermined the learning of French. It has not been too long since francophone boards have been set up in the various provinces.
Do those restrictive laws, whose goal was to assimilate francophone people, still foster negative attitudes and still have a negative impact on the quality of the economic structures of francophones?
