New Brunswick is the only officially bilingual province in Canada, and 75% of francophones there are bilingual. The problem is on the English side. Less than 17% of anglophones are bilingual. That figure is even lower than the national average. I'm profoundly saddened and disappointed by the fact that the only officially bilingual province in the country projects this kind of image of bilingualism.
