I was a member of the previous government, which implemented the language rights support program, the LRSP. That program was suspended 20 months ago and is no longer accessible. It was replaced by the court challenges program, which is still not operational. The first meeting of the expert panel responsible for official language rights is scheduled for December 17. I can't wait for it to be available, as it was before my Liberal colleagues suspended it.
