When the committee first looked at the list, you will remember that a major discussion took place. You prioritized witnesses and categorized them as follows: national, provincial and individual. The list is really just for the committee's needs. I made it off the top of my head yesterday, just to reorganize the work. Perhaps I used the term “not retained” incorrectly.
