When the time comes, you won't need to wait until the other four people have spoken. The routine motions will be moved one by one, and you can move an amendment to each one. It could be an amendment with regard to the schedule, for example. Anyone can rise to move an amendment, whether the amendment concerns the schedule or something else. We won't address the routine motions all at once. We'll consider them one by one and vote on each one separately.
