I call this meeting to order.

Welcome to the eighth meeting of the Subcommittee on Private Members' Business. Pursuant to Standing Order 91.1, we are meeting to consider the item placed on the order of precedence since our last meeting, in order to determine whether it should be considered non-votable.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to Bill C-365, I'd ask you to raise your hand now.

Seeing that there are no concerns, I will move the motions necessary to report this back to the House.

First, does Bill C-365 remain votable?
