Now change has to be managed. We must understand, when we make major changes, what impact those will have on the organizations. We must therefore well manage the consequences of change on the organization and wonder if the organization is ready to make the change. Therefore, this must be a concern of any large organization which should not simply order changes. We have to make sure that the organization is ready for the changes. If it isn't we must make sure that she will become ready.
