Mr. Chairman, I object to this. No member of Parliament has the right to table a motion of contempt of Parliament, and therefore he was totally out of order. He used that terminology again in a public meeting with witnesses before this committee. And as I said, I gave him the opportunity to withdraw, and I would certainly encourage him to do so.
