I kept this copy and I also kept a copy of the memo I had written. I had written a memo to the OIC of the day, who was Superintendent Lavoie, about the unethical conduct, in my opinion, of Deputy Gauvin's involvement with the files, because it's highly unusual to be put in that situation.
