It would be encouraging to see that sort of attitudinal shift, but do you have some numbers to back it up? Do you have numbers that can show us at the top levels of our diplomacy how many people there are, various types of backgrounds, and whether or not there's any effort made to match them to some of our more difficult postings, especially those who have the language requirements?
