I'm sorry, colleagues. My apologies for being a few minutes late. Please bear with me for a moment.

I'm not sure where everyone has been. I do know that Monsieur Dubé had a death in the family. It was not in his immediate family, but he's had to deal with a few things. He's on his way.

Do you mind just giving me a couple more minutes to get up to speed with the clerk, and hopefully our other colleagues will arrive? In any event, in a couple of minutes we'll get going. Is that okay?

Since we are continuing to deal with committee business, and as has been the practice in the past, I move a motion that we go in camera, as is normally what we do.
