You are looking at a very small subset of the 216,000 people who are currently being monitored in our system right now. In fact, and Scott can correct me if I'm wrong, of the people eligible to be removed last year, 93% of them were removed. There are people out there whom we're looking for, and we will do our best to find them, along with our law enforcement partners. When we do so, we will remove them.
