You also mentioned that the ArriveCAN app actually created issues for frontline officers and made their job more difficult. You testified that the implementation of the app turned frontline officers into IT consultants rather than border officers, and while we've seen that this career change may have been very lucrative under this government, it certainly didn't help us to maintain safe and secure borders, as we saw over the last couple of years.
