Minister, I'm glad you find it funny. However, this is a $60-million scandal. We have the RCMP kicking doors in because of fraud and corruption. These are people who work in your department. Even though they shuffle the deck chairs on the Titanic every couple of months, you're still responsible for the department. If your suggestion is that we need the former President of the Treasury Board to come and tell us what's going on in your department, I'd appreciate that as a suggestion. It is incumbent on you, when there is a matter of great public interest like this, to at least show an interest and concern for what's going on.
