It seems to me, based on your testimony today, that everyone in the public service seems to be tripping over themselves to find out who is the person most responsible. The Conservatives are trying to tie this in some way to a minister or to some political operative here.
From your point of view, do you think that the elected officials need to have more oversight on these contracts and procurement in general so that we can prevent these kinds of acts from happening in the future?
