More are serving indeterminate sentences. Unfortunately, there's been a profound change in offence-type composition, with more serving sentences for murder or a schedule 1 offence. Combined, basically it's climbed to 84%. As well, they have very high needs. The high-needs rating has gone from 86% up to 90% up.
