Going to what Mr. MĂ©nard said, dollars and cents make the world go around. In your estimation, would I be correct in saying that if legitimate manufacturers were the only vendors and there was not this proliferation of contraband goods, basically the government would increase the profits of legitimate manufacturers? We're not taxing the bad guys; in the long run, maybe the government would make more money and then could afford to spend some of it on public education. Would that be correct?
