I would like to bring this meeting to order. This is the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security. We do not have a quorum; however, we have very important issues to deal with, and we can hear witnesses without a quorum.

Today we are having meeting number 36. We're dealing with Standing Order 108(2), a briefing on counterfeit goods.
