On a point of order, Mr. Chair, this meeting is called from 3:30 to 5:30. I'm told the votes could go as late as eight o'clock tonight. You can't arbitrarily suggest that we have to come back here at eight o'clock on a Thursday night when all of us have flights booked, and with no notice ahead of time. It is not the role of the chair to arbitrarily lay down that this is what's going to happen without consultation with the rest of the committee.
