On a point of order, Mr. Chair, the only thing we can do at this point in time, after you've ruled, is challenge the chair. If the member wants to challenge the chair we'll vote on it, but it's not debatable. That's not because I'd like it to be, it's just that those are the rules of this committee and the House.
