Absolutely. That's confirmed by the fact that the U.S. government was apparently, during the same period of time that this decision was being made by CBSA and the Treasury Board, actually proceeding with contracting for major new facilities at the other side of the Franklin Centre crossing, which shows a totally different view of that particular border crossing and a totally divergent approach to the future of that crossing.
