I wouldn't say there's a duplication or that it's odd. We do a kind of double check to ensure that what we have really corresponds to the actual situation. The worst thing that can happen is for us to establish a correspondence starting with the DNA data bank and then to consult the criminal records and retrieve someone's name but discover that's not the right person.
