Welcome, on behalf of this entire committee. We certainly look forward to working with you. I think you are going to see that we are a pretty agreeable bunch, all things considered, most of the time anyway.
My colleagues have a copy of the study on the economics of policing, which has been presented to us. I would like to thank our analysts for all the work they did bringing that forward so that at the appropriate time we can do our diligence with it.
