Very briefly, I've watched the current administration eviscerate environmental legislation and remove requirements for various forms of consultation, and (o) through (q) is just further evidence of overlaying this legislation with outrageous requests for consultation and proof in advance, so I'm trying to delete them. The contrast is startling.
