Good morning, colleagues. We have a bit of an issue here. First of all, thank you for your confidence in me to be the chair for a few minutes. As we know, there's a time allocation motion before the House right now. Our colleague, Mr. Rayes, is supposed to be here, but I think he's tied up—and I'm not saying this in any pejorative way at all. What I would recommend, colleagues, is that we just suspend the meeting until after the votes and come back after the votes; then hear from Mr. Rayes, and proceed with our committee business. Is that suitable to the committee members? Is that okay?
