However, in accordance with the procedure that was used, the bill was not considered at second reading and was referred to the committee with the recommendation from theHon. Ralph Goodale (Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness) that the parliamentarians around this table propose serious and worthwhile amendments.
You more specifically reviewed part 4, but, if you had any changes to suggest to the bill as a whole today, what would they be?
