Here is my second question. According to Statistics Canada, the number of police officers in Canada is currently declining in proportion to the size of the population. By that, I mean that we have a certain number of police officers per 1,000 residents. However, that number has been going down over the past 10 years.

Can you explain why? Also, is your association concerned about it?
