I will just say that, in terms of the moving of dilatory motions, the practice, the rule, is that if there are intervening activities that have occurred that could materially impact the outcome, then a motion may be moved.

I thought I presented very persuasive arguments about the value of hearing from ministers. I thought it was legitimate, and clearly you thought so, as well, to allow us to move the motion again.
