That's interesting because I've seen cases here in the Ottawa area where somebody had a mental breakdown and the doctors did call police and they seized his firearms. He actually had to go to court to prove that he did not have a mental condition or that he had passed the mental condition and it wasn't an issue, in order to get his firearms back.
