Perhaps I can save you the trouble. As far as my research is concerned, it's a rim-fire, so it's not going to be caught in the evergreen clause. My understanding is that it's not on the gap list since it's not a military-style firearm. I just want to make sure, when I say it's not on the list, that it's not on the list. If somebody could check, that would be great, but my understanding is that it's not.
There's been discussion that we are taking a blanket approach and coming after all of everybody's shotguns and all of everybody's hunting rifles. Do you think that's a fair characterization?
