In the proposed amendment, if these were actually regulated firearms.... If they had a velocity over 152.4 metres per second and a muzzle velocity in excess of 5.7, then they would be regulated firearms.

If you had a replica of a regulated firearm, then it would be prohibited.

The example that you gave would have to exactly resemble a regulated firearm.
